bye bye bunny

Atatlie is friends with a girl (9 years old) up the street. A few days ago this little girl found a bunny that she named Lucky. Unfortunately, Lucky hopped out of its box and the pet dog was able to find Lucky about 5 seconds before the little girl did. The dog knew it was in trouble for tasting the bunny and quickly ran off leaving the baby bunny right there by us as we watched him die. Now, since we just meet Lucky we weren't too attached and after a minute or two Atalie asked me "Mommy, why is she (Jenni) crying?" I explained that the bunny was her pet and that it died. Atalie then went a picked a flower (weed) and gave it to the girl.

Its awesome getting to watch my little Atalie developing into her own person. She'll definitely be a compassionate one when she's all grown up!

P.S. Never name your pet "Lucky." Your just setting them up for doom!

Easter

Our Easter went well. Atalie had a good time hunting the eggs and Elijah liked watching her. Luckly, we got all that done before the rain set in. Atalie was mostly excited about decorating the egss which we did the night before. So when it came time to eat them she was in a hurry for lunch that day so she could make what you and I would call "egg salad sandwiches" She's at the stage now where she like to do everything all by herself. So she really was doing the majority of the sandwich project. She looked so proud when she brought me a plate with a messy little sandwich on it and said "Here Mommy, I made you an Easter Sandwich!"

#3

We are excited to share our big new with everyone. It's official; number three is on it's way! Oh wait... let me clarify. I meant Elijah's third tooth (#3) is here! And actually his fourth should be just a week or so longer because its very close to cutting through too.

Bloopers

We just got the kids Easter pictures done. They turned out very cute and we ordered way more than enough so everyone can have as many of those as they want. But I thought it would be fun to share some of the bloopers just for smiles.

Crazy kids.

Just pretend my hands not in the picture

They kept doing this funny blink thing every time the flash
went off. It was quite comical to watch.

Yes, that is a huge blob of spit up on his vest. And yes, that
was the very first photo they took.

Silly Girl

Show me your tiger face

This is Elijah testing how far he can lean forward with out
falling out of the chair.

Needless to say, he was having an extra great time!

Welcom to Our Blogspot

So I have recently discovered that I just don't have time to keep up with half a dozen pages (myspace, facebook, babysite...) and even when I do update I'm only keeping up with friends and family that are on those specific sites. So I've now decided it's time for a blogspot! This way it will all be in one central spot rather than here and there and everywhere. I will soon be adding some cute pics of the kids and really get this thing going. Thanks for visiting our page and I will keep ya'll posted as we add more updates. Love ya all!
